Welcome to Your Online Paddy!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and Your Online Paddy that govern your use of our websites, applications, and other services (collectively, the "Your Online Paddy Platform"). When used in these Terms, "Your Online Paddy," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Your Online Paddy.
The Your Online Paddy Platform offers an online venue that enables users ("Members") to publish, offer, search for, and book errand services. Members who publish and offer services are "Errand Runners" and Members who search for, book, or use services are "Customers." Errand Runners offer business errands and personal errands (collectively, "Errand Services," and each service offering, a "Listing").
You must register an account to access and use many features of the Your Online Paddy Platform and must keep your account information accurate. As the provider of the Your Online Paddy Platform, we do not perform the errands ourselves, but rather provide a platform connecting Customers with Errand Runners.
Section 1: Our Mission
Our mission is to simplify lives by providing a reliable platform for business and personal errand services across Nigeria. We connect busy professionals and individuals with trusted Errand Runners who can help them complete their tasks efficiently and reliably.
Section 2: Using Your Online Paddy
2.1 Searching
You can search for Errand Services by location and type of service. Search results are based on factors including but not limited to location, availability, pricing, ratings, and past performance.
2.2 Booking
When you book an Errand Service, you agree to pay all charges including the service price, Your Online Paddy's service fee, and any applicable taxes. Upon booking confirmation, a contract is formed directly between you and the Errand Runner.
Section 3: Member Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Section 4: Errand Runner Terms
4.1 Service Requirements
As an Errand Runner, you must:
• Provide accurate information about your services
• Complete errands as described in your listings
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage if required
Section 5: Customer Terms
5.1 Customer Responsibilities
As a Customer, you must:
• Provide accurate and complete information about your errand requests
• Pay for services as agreed
• Communicate respectfully with Errand Runners
• Not request any illegal or harmful activities
Section 6: Payments
All payments must be made through the Your Online Paddy Platform. We process payments through secure third-party payment processors. Service fees will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation.
Section 7: Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies will be clearly displayed before booking. Refunds will be processed according to these policies and any applicable consumer protection laws.
Section 8: Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Section 9: Platform Rules
Users must:
• Act with integrity and treat others with respect
• Not discriminate against any users
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Not share contact information to circumvent platform fees
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior
Section 10: Intellectual Property
The Your Online Paddy Platform and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform's content without permission.
Section 11: Limitation of Liability
Your Online Paddy is not liable for the actions or omissions of Errand Runners or Customers. We provide the platform to connect users but do not guarantee the quality or completion of services.
Section 12: Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law. Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through our platform's dispute resolution process before pursuing legal action.

Acceptance of Terms
